The biggest realization I have had in the past week is that even though I know what I want in the long-term, I have to go deeper and really find out why I want the things that I want, and how I want my life to be—-what my IDEAL life is–in my business, with my family, personally–how do I want those things to be?

Over the past week leading up to talking with Rich Schefren, I’ve asked myself these questions, and if you dig down deep and really find the answers to these questions, you can make your dreams a reality–

• Where do I want to see myself in 3 months? 1 yr? 2 yrs? 5 yrs? 10 yrs?
• How do I want my business to be? What do I NOT want my business to be?
• How do I want to be with my family? How much time do I want to spend with them? What do we want to do? Where do we want to go?
• What are my strengths? How can I play to them? What do I love to do?
• What am I deeply passionate about? (i.e. what would I do even if I didn’t get paid to do it?)
• What can I be the best in the world at?
• Where will my focus be?
• How will I get there?
